A young man from Vlad Pascu’s circle of friends filmed himself in disturbing situations, which he later posted on the internet. The individual, named Tudor Duma, is accused of breaking into the Floreasca Hospital pharmacy just before being detained by the DIICOT (Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism).
In the images that appeared on the young man’s Instagram account, he can be seen entering the hospital to steal pills. At one point, he films himself opening a cardboard box containing medicine. He puts two containers in one of his pockets, as well as under his shirt.
In fact, in the video, he says that he came to the medical unit to steal “some drugs.” “Hey, I’m already high. I’m also drunk. I sneaked into Floreasca Hospital. You got it. What kind of drugs am I stealing from here? Hey, what is this?” he says in the footage, while opening a cardboard box.
“I broke into Floreasca Hospital. It’s empty, no one knows I’m here. I’m going to steal some drugs. These guys have all the drugs locked up somewhere. I have to find a place where there are drugs at Floreasca Hospital. I’m at Floreasca Hospital. I want to find some boxes of ecstasy. Wow, the drug addicts!!!” the young man adds.
Bucharest Police confirmed the incident at Floreasca Hospital
Representatives of the Bucharest Municipality General Police (DGPMB) confirmed the incident at Floreasca Hospital. The police say that the hospital officials have reported the incident.
“This morning, the Bucharest Municipality General Police – Section 1 Police was notified, through SNUAU 112, by representatives of a medical unit in Sector 1, regarding the commission of a destruction offense.
On the spot, police officers from the Public Order Bureau arrived and had discussions with the caller, who reported that, during the night, a man had entered the institution, in the administrative area (the pharmaceutical warehouse), where he marked with a marker on files, doors, as well as other goods in the premises.
Later, upon leaving, he allegedly stole two bags of saline solution from a box in the hallway. Currently, the police are conducting a crime scene investigation to establish the facts and take the necessary legal measures,” the Police announced.
Later, the spokesperson of Floreasca Hospital, Bogdan Opriţa, stated that the young man vandalized the administrative and pharmacy areas. He stole intravenous solutions. The individual was unable to enter the medication storage room.
The same Tudor Duma recently posted a video on Instagram in which he appears in the middle of a boulevard in Bucharest and boasts about his clothes, inviting the police to his home: “Hey, I’m the king of all neighborhoods. Got it? I apologize for these Amiri clothes, this jacket costs as much as your parents’ cars, hey, got it? Here, in the middle of the street. They say they don’t leave their houses. Hey, where are you? I gave you addresses and everything, come on, I’m waiting for you,” says the young man.
