Tudor Duma, known as Maru, the drug dealer of Vlad Pascu, was placed in pretrial detention for 30 days on Friday. He filmed himself while the police searched his home and then in their van, handcuffed. According to Digi 24, the footage was posted on TikTok by his friends.
The prosecutors detained Tudor Duma, alias “Maru”, for 24 hours on Thursday, September 14, on the charge of drug trafficking. On Friday, a judge decided to arrest him for 30 days.
Maru’s house was searched on the same day as ten other searches were conducted. It was also the day when Vlad Pascu’s mother, the young man who killed two people in August while driving under the influence of drugs, was also detained.

The drug dealer of Vlad Pascu is also accused of breaking into the pharmacy of Floreasca Hospital on September 14, just before being taken to DIICOT to be questioned as part of “Operation Hydra”, which targets teenagers from wealthy families suspected of distributing drugs in Bucharest and Black Sea coastal resorts during the summer season.

On Thursday morning, the police received a call at 112 reporting that someone had entered the Floreasca Hospital pharmacy during the night, signed with a marker on files and doors, and stole two bags of saline solution. The person even filmed themselves inside the pharmacy and posted the footage on a social media platform. The police have opened a criminal case regarding this incident.
