The Latest Decrees in Romania: Legal Changes and Promotions
Romania has seen a series of significant legal developments with the recent issuance of several decrees by authorities. Among these decisions is the promulgation of the Law on the National Automated Register regarding individuals who have committed drug trafficking offenses and the amendment of Law no. 76/2008 on the organization and functioning of the National Judicial Genetic Data System (PL-x 816/27.12.2023).
