Mihai Trăistariu was shocked to find broken sofas, cigarette burns, devastated bathrooms, and disgustingly messy kitchens in his studio apartments in the Mamaia Nord resort. The artist claims that one third of the money he earned from these apartments is now being spent on repairs and paying his employees.
Currently, Trăistariu plans to give up on the six studio apartments and invest all his money in a hotel. According to him, hotels have stricter rules and tourists are penalized if they cause damage to the rooms.
