Florin Răducioiu, Helmuth Duckadam, Florin Gardoş and Ion Crăciunescu are back at the iUmor desk for a special edition of the show, airing before the match in which the Romanian national team will meet the Kosovo national team. The show will air on Saturday, September 16.
The Romania – Kosovo match, airing this Tuesday at 21:45 on Antena 1, will be preceded by a special edition of iUmor – iRoast football.
The jokes started backstage, where, when asked if Ion Crăciunescu brought his cards with him, Helmuth Duckadam responded without hesitation: “I don’t think he leaves the house without them!”
Straight from the stands, the “true coaches of the national team,” as they called themselves, the comedic duo Nae Alexandru and Cristi Simion came to the iUmor set with clear demands for the Romanian team, just before the Romania – Kosovo match: “We want qualification, we want results, we want a reason to leave our homes, away from our wives!”
However, the two did not hesitate to launch a series of jokes at Romanian football: “What’s the difference between a supporter and a baby? A baby cries less often!” or “The Romanian Football Federation should sell handkerchiefs to supporters, not scarves!” were just a few of the statements that sparked laughter on the iUmor set, according to Antena 1.
