Realitatea Plus has obtained the medical-legal certificate confirming the physical assault on the 17-year-old minor who was raped during a camp organized by the AUR party.
The medical report, in which the teenager alleges that she was raped at the AUR summer camp, supports her accusations, and the medical-legal certificate indicates that there was a human physical assault involved, specifically rape.
The minor has provided detailed accounts of what she remembers from that night, stating that there was a beach party where a significant amount of alcohol was consumed. Afterwards, the men took her to a hotel, where they lured her into a room under the pretense of needing a charger. She does not recall many details from that night since then.
Upon returning home, she told her parents, who took her to see a doctor. The girl’s mother stated that she did not give consent for her daughter to attend the AUR summer camp, nor did she sign any documents.
Meanwhile, several investigations are underway. However, AUR members who are responsible for the assault continue to attend public political events, and according to sources, the men have not yet been questioned.
