Specialists in hairstyling say that natural hair colors, whether they are dark or light, are gaining more and more ground. According to hairstylist Adrian Trif, both in the latter part of this year and in 2024, there is a gradual transition towards warm shades, writes unica.ro.
The trends in the ’90s continue to be very popular, including the shades, hairstyles, and colors. Shiny, voluminous hair with layered cuts remains the preferred choice for the majority.
According to trends already announced in the international industry, blondes will be slightly cast aside, and 2024 is expected to be the year of brunettes. Fashionable shades will include brown, brown with cinnamon tones, coffee, caramel, or mushroom colors. Gray and cool tones will make way for warmer and more alluring shades of golden brown, according to ChezVousHair.
“We are moving away from cool, ashy blondes. Both for this autumn and for next year, in terms of color, we are moving to a different color palette, warmer and more natural, with shades like vanilla blonde, honey blonde, mocha, and even caramel,” said hairstylist Adrian Trif.
According to him, the most important aspect in choosing hair color is the skin tone, followed by eye color.
“In the case of a cool skin undertone, shades that complement it are recommended, such as cool and natural brown tones or platinum blondes. For a warm undertone, we can opt for shades like caramel, chocolate brown, or golden blondes,” explained Adrian Trif.
“Another factor that helps us choose the right hair color is eye color. For example, blue eyes are enhanced by warm blondes. Green eyes are enhanced by colors like copper or light brown. Brown eyes, being more versatile, are attributed shades of brown, chocolate, and chestnut,” explained Adrian Trif, according to unica.ro.
