Clotilde Armand, the mayor of a sector, was caught speeding at 77 kilometers per hour in an area that she administers, despite the speed limit being only 50 kilometers per hour.
As a result, she was given a warning and three penalty points by the police. During the same traffic stop, the police also pulled over Cristian Poteraș, the former mayor of Sector 6. He was found to be driving with a suspended license and is now facing a criminal case.
